Stonyslope Brewing Company
Stonyslope is a family-owned and operated nano-brewery located in the neighbourhood of Haysboro. Named after a one-room schoolhouse that used to be on the family farm, that plot of land is where the brewery now grows its hops and barley.
The brewery produces small batches of beer, with each batch being 250 litres which is considered very small in the brewing industry. This ensures that the beer is always fresh and the styles rotate frequently.
Their flagship beer, Sahti, is an ancient Finnish farmhouse ale that offers a complex flavour but is surprisingly easy to drink. The brewery caters to beer enthusiasts as well as anyone looking for an adventure in their pint glass and wanting to try something new.
